Curbside Delivery

The freight carrier will deliver to the curb or end of your driveway. Due to the size of the 53-foot trailers used for transport, drivers cannot enter narrow private roads, grass, or gravel driveways.

Free Lift-Gate Included

Standard for all USA MiniEx orders. The freight truck will be equipped with a hydraulic lift to lower your palletized machine safely to ground level. No loading dock or forklift is required on your end.

Inspection & Acceptance Policy

To protect your investment, you must follow these steps at the time of delivery:

  • 01. Presence Required: An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. The carrier will call you 24 hours in advance to schedule a window.
  • 02. Inspect Before Signing: Thoroughly inspect the steel crate and machine for visible damage. If any damage is found, Note it clearly on the Delivery Receipt before the driver leaves.
  • 03. Photo Documentation: In the rare event of transit damage, take high-resolution photos and email them to support@usaminiex.com immediately.
