Every detail covered, from Colorado to your job site.
What if my delivery address is on a narrow or dead-end street?
Freight trucks are typically 53-foot sleepers. If a semi-truck cannot safely turn around or access your street, the carrier will call you to arrange a meeting at a nearby parking lot or you can pick up the machine from their local terminal.
Do I have to dispose of the shipping pallet/crate?
Yes. The machine arrives in a heavy-duty steel or wood crate/pallet to ensure it isn't damaged during transit. Disposal of the packaging materials is the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change my shipping address after the order is placed?
Address changes are possible only before the machine leaves our Colorado warehouse. Once the freight carrier has the machine, an "address reconsignment fee" (usually $150+) will be charged by the carrier for any changes.
Is sales tax included in the price?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. If you are a tax-exempt business or a farm with a valid exemption certificate, please contact support@usaminiex.com before purchasing so we can set up your tax-exempt status.
Is my payment secure through PayPal?
Absolutely. PayPal is one of the world's most secure processors. We never see your card number. Additionally, your purchase is covered by PayPal's Purchase Protection for added peace of mind.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Yes. If the machine has not yet been crated or picked up by the freight carrier, we can issue a full refund minus a 3% payment processing fee (which PayPal does not refund to us).
Why can't I return a machine after it's been used?
Once an excavator has been fueled and operated, it is considered "Used Equipment" and its value drops significantly. To keep our prices low for all customers, we do not accept returns on used machinery. We provide detailed spec sheets and videos so you can be 100% sure before you buy.
Are wear items like rubber tracks and bucket teeth covered?
No. Rubber tracks, bucket teeth, light bulbs, and hydraulic hoses are considered "wear items" and are not covered under the 12-month manufacturing warranty unless they fail within the first 10 hours of operation due to a clear defect.
What happens if a major part (like a pump) fails?
Contact us immediately. We will troubleshoot the issue with you via phone/video. If a part is determined to be defective, we ship the replacement part from our Colorado warehouse. Labor for the repair is not included, but our machines are designed for easy, modular part replacement.
