30-Day Window

We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original crating with all manuals and attachments included.

Used Equipment Notice

Once an excavator has been fueled, operated, or used on a job site, it is no longer eligible for return. We provide full technical support and parts warranty to address any functional issues.

Financial Terms

payments Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, crating, and administrative costs.
local_shipping Return Freight: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Due to the weight of our machines, freight must be arranged via a professional carrier with proper insurance.
cancel Cancellation Fee: Orders cancelled before shipping are subject to a 3% fee to cover non-refundable PayPal processing costs.

Transit Damage & Warranty

If your machine arrives with visible damage from transit, you must note this on the Delivery Receipt before the driver leaves. Transit damage is an insurance matter and is handled separately from our standard return policy.

If a machine experiences a component failure, this is covered under your 12-Month All-Parts Warranty. We will ship replacement parts from our Colorado warehouse immediately to ensure your machine is back in operation.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact support@usaminiex.com with your order number and photos of the unused machine in its original crating.
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Arrange freight shipping to our Colorado Springs warehouse.
After inspection, your refund (minus fees) will be processed back to your original PayPal/Card payment method within 5–7 business days.
